Return Policy
We love the Nordstrom philosophy: We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy!
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
All cancelled or refunded orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee helps cover payment processing and handling costs.
Thanks for understanding and supporting our small business!
- We are not able to refund original shipping costs.
- Full-price items must be returned within 21 days.
- Clearance items must be returned within 14 days.
- Returned items must be new without being worn or used.
Return using our Self Serve System
- Login to your Bloc account here.
- Check your email for a one-time login code.
- Select your order number.
- Select check box for item you wish to return and select “Request Return” and follow instructions.
Return via Email
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Broken or Damaged Bags
Accidents happen. If your Bloc Bag breaks within 6 months of the original purchase, we’ll happily replace your bag.
How to exchange:
- Send photos and description of the broken product along with your order number to orders@blocbags.com.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests over social media.
- If bag has been retired or out of stock, we will offer you the nearest similar bag as a replacement.
Exceptions: Bloc is not responsible for stains incurred by you. Bags are washable and can be spot cleaned.
