If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return of your unworn, non damaged/defective, and unwashed merchandise in exchange for a store credit for the amount paid for the item minus the return shipping within 30 days upon receiving the items with $5 return shipping.
-Jewlery is final sale
-If the item appears to have been worn, washed, damaged, or changed, we will not be able to issue a credit to you.
-Items marked final sale in the item description are final and unable to be returned.
To start a return
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include your order number and reason.
- You will receive an email with a store credit for your item (shipping cost not included in return) upon us receiving and inspecting your items being returned.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Items unable to be returned: all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale or Jewlery.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- All jewelry us FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Once your returned is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
