My Signature Strawberry Pie

This pie feels like summer in a dish... sweet, fresh strawberries in a simple crust topped with cool whip. It’s light, easy, and always a family favorite.
Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

1.5 oz strawberry Jell-O (½ small box)

3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 baked Pillsbury pie crust (cooled)

Cool whip
Instructions

Prepare pie crust.

Mix cornstarch, sugar, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cook about 5 minutes until thick and clear.

Remove from heat, stir in Jell-O. Cool 1–2 minutes.

Add strawberries and pour into crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Top with cool whip.
- Put it in the fridge for a few hours (at least two, my mom says).
